We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment—this is why we charge a deposit of a minimum of 50 cents.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, we would appreciate 24 hours' notice; however, if this isn't possible, please call or email us as soon as possible prior to your appointment.
We will take card details via our booking system, which will automatically charge 100% for late cancellations and 100% for no-show appointments.
