We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment—this is why we charge a deposit of a minimum of 50 cents.

If you wish to cancel your appointment, we would appreciate 24 hours' notice; however, if this isn't possible, please call or email us as soon as possible prior to your appointment.

We will take card details via our booking system, which will automatically charge 100% for late cancellations and 100% for no-show appointments.

Please phone the studio at which you have booked your appointment to let us know if you are going to be late.

If you are more than 5 minutes late, we may have to shorten your treatment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will do our best to fit you in for your treatment.

Please be aware that if you don’t show up at all for your appointment, you will be charged the 100% cancellation fee.

We’ll do our very best to accommodate your requests, and while we might need to make some adjustments due to other bookings, we’ll make every effort to create your perfect nail art!

It’s personal preference whether you use regular polish or gel. Please advise the studios if you are pregnant so we can be more mindful during your treatments.

Unfortunately, we don’t work with acrylic nails. But we do offer Gel Extensions for your nails!

No, our Shape + Paint treatments are for regular polish only. For long lasting gel application, nail prep is essential to avoid chipping and peeling.

We offer treatments for events, however, we do not offer at-home treatments. For all event enquiries please email

We use UV/LED lamps designed by The Manicure Co, which are regulated by EU safety standards. The lamp allows the gel to be cured quickly to avoid prolonged exposure, and as such, the level of exposure is nominal - and safe!

If you'd like to arrange a group booking, feel free to reach out to our studios via phone or email. We'll take care of all the details to ensure your group is perfectly accommodated.

Don't forget to give your regular polish enough time to dry fully. If you're getting a pedicure, bringing flip-flops can be a great idea to keep your freshly painted nails safe and smudge-free!

We have a 7-day chip policy! Our gel polish should last at least 7 days, but if on the rare occasion you find yourself with a chipped or peeling nail, please let us know, and we will repair it free of charge.

For any repairs after 7 days, we are happy to fix for a charge of €10 for a 10-minute fix.
